I was installing the Updates on there site when my
PC just shuts down. when i tried to turn it back on, it
will load windows and the cusor will pop up but no welcome
sceen. I waited and waited but still no luck. It will only
work in Safe Mode :(. Is there any way to fix it or do I
just need reinstall windows.

PLEASE HELP ME AND ALSO JUST GIVE ME YOUR OPINION IF YOU
CANT!!!
 
Start, accessories, system tools, system restore, choose a restore point and
that might fix your problem.
