I have an HP Pavilion N5000 running Win XP Home. My
system continues to reboot at the logon screen. From
information I found online, I needed to repair my
kernel32.dll file. After doing this, I now receive an
error that winsvr can not be found. I have also replaced
the winsvr.dll file and still, my system continues to
reboot. I am unable to enter into safe mode. According
to HP, if I have a CD copy of Win XP Home then I can do a
repair option. However, factory does not provide this
CD. Where can I get a copy of this CD since I have a
valid Win XP Home license? Is there another repair
option that I can try?
