Win XP SP2 Help and Support Center text has vanished!

I've tried reinstalling helpcenter and it doesn't help. All the links on
the right of the Help and Support Screen have lost their text. It comes up
when I hover the mouse, but Windows Update link does not work. The screen
has somehow become corrupt. Any ideas? It's quite odd.
