I am running XP with service pack 2 together with Office 2000. When I try to
close down I get a message about ending program "MCCWSAWindows" then I either
have to end it or wait untill it ends it'self. This has only just started to
happen any one got any ideas how to get rid of it.

Hi Michael,
Do you have this program "Webroot Window Washer" to clean up cookies from
your PC after browsing?.
If you do, then you need to uninstall it from Add/Remove Program in Control
Panel, then run a clean Up disk then try the installation for this
application and update it from the Vendor website.
HTH.

Are you using BT Yahoo Broadband? There have been a number of reports
associated with a bug with BT Help Notifier? The solution is to uncheck
it msconfig.

Hope this helps.
