Win XP Loosing Time

Hi: I am currently experiencing a problem where XP is loosing time. It
can range from 2-3 mins every hour. I get this reading from the
windows clock. I have checked the bios upon reboot and it is keeping
perfect time. I have also booted into a Dos Floppy and it verifies the
Bios is keeping perfect time. I leave the computer running 24/7 with
the occasional reboot. Anybody know what is the problem and even
better a solution to this strange annoyance. (It is not a brand name
computer - constructed from scratch).
