If so then:
1. Use Control Panel - System - Advanced and click on the Settings
button in the Startup and Recovery (bottom) section. In the Startup
and Recovery window click on the checkbox for "Automatically restart"
to clear it then click on Apply and OK as needed to exit.
That should put an end to the restart loop but it may be replaced by a
Blue Screen Of Death "STOP" error. If so then the contents of the
Blue Screen error message, including all of the parameters and any
file or module names mentioned will be a direct clue as to the
underlying cause of the problem. Post the STOP error message
information back here.
2. Right-click on "My Computer" and select Manage. Expand the Event
Viewer category and browse through all 3 categories looking for error
records (red flagged) whose date and time stamp corresponds to your
restart loop incidents. Also search the System events category for
"memory dump" entries. Double click on each flagged error and memory
dump entry to see the details of that event. Post the detailed event
info back here if you need further assistances.
If you are unable to start the computer in Safe Mode or using any of
the other options on the Windows Startup Menu then your next best
option is to do a Repair Install as per the instructions at:
