Win XP Home upgrade Vs DFI's NFII 400 AL MoBo

I'm building 2 PC's Identical to each other, using the following Hardware

DFI NFII 400 AL MoBo w NVidia NForce 2 Chipset, and a Seagate HDD ( 40 G ata100 ) I installed ME, and go to install the XP Upgrade and , upon system reboot into 2nd phase of installation, get a hardware incompatibilty message. I am not sure of the build # of the XP copy I have, but know that my copy is at least 2 years old or older, Is the Current build Compatable with the new NVidia Chipset
