Do you have more than just Windows XP Home on your computer?
Since you don't understand the question, it more than likely does not apply
to you.
 
Well, I know it does though. When I tried, it asked for "Which windows
installation would you like to log on to?". I'm not sure if I have more than
just Windows XP on my computer.

If you are not sure, then odds are you only have Windows XP Home installed.
Because if you had another OS on your system, more than likely you would
already know it.
 
Well, I don't know much about my computer, to be honest. How would I know
if I had anotehr OS on my system?
