My windows XP does not shut down.
It hangs on closing network connections
or logging off.
I tried to do a restore to just before this
started happening, but it won't complete unless it can
shut down properly which it cannot.
This happened before and cleared up, by chance, after the
latest IE patch was installed.
Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this and how
to fix?
