win min error on shutdown of XP

How can I fix getting a win min error or trying to
shutdown or restart. I use the end task, and I still have
to do a manual shut down. Any help would be appreciated

It would appear that your computer has been hijacked.

Once you get the problem fixed read and heed the advice at
this site or it will just happen again.
