An error message appears saying "The Windows Installer
Service could not be accessed.
This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Installer is not
correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance" Any ideas on
what i should be doing to fix this? Also, ive just

installed a cd writer and trying to install Nero cd
burning software when the message came up
