Windows 2000 has same compatiblity settings like Windows XP, but
compatiblity settings are not enabled by default. Verify that you have
installed at least service pack 2 and then open command prompt and run this
command to enable compatiblity settings:
regsvr32.exe c:\windows\apppatch\slayerui.dll
Now there is new "compatiblity" tab on file properties.
