win 32 RPC

When accessing the internet I receive this message.
Win32 RPC computer will now shut down.

When trying to do windows updates this message appeared
and totally crashed my system. I am presently restoring
my system but do not want this to happen again.

I am also having issues with system works and this
problem.

Can you help
