Unable to install. Get the following error essages
1.failed to connect to metabase
2.failed to reomove ism.dll script mappings

Shut down IIS completely before install and try again.

Fabio, I also get this same error message, but to my
knowledge, I don't have IIS installed. I've looked at
Process Services, tasks, Install/Uninstall Software, etc.
Any idea how to figure out if IIS is running or installed?

check for a process called 'netinfo.exe'
