will WinXP read OS X HD installed in PC

My Mac recently died (3rd power supply) and I need to retreive my files on
the Mac HD. We installed the drive into my PC and realized that Windows may
not be able to read the data on the drive because the file system is
diferent. I do not have another Mac to back up my data. How do I retrieve my
stuff?

Would this be of some use?? I don't know, as I have no MAC disks
available...
