will slipstreamed SP2 CD work to repair upgraded to SP2 installation?

My PC is XP Pro that was upgraded to SP1 and will be upgraded to SP2. If
I create a slipstreamed SP2 CD using the original XP CD as a source will
it be usable to do restores/repairs once I've upgraded to SP2? Or will
I be stuck using the original CD and then have to manually add SP2?
 
Slipstreaming means to incorporate (in this case) SP2 into your Windows XP
CD so yes, it will work as it will be a copy of your XP CD along with SP2.
