will not reboot

When rebooting after the initial /i386/winnt.exe blue
screen setup, it doesn't continue the installation. I
used a win98 boot disk to fdisk a new hard drive, also
tried without partitions. I've been stuck for a while and
haven't a clue what to do.

Installation failures with MS operating systems usually are because of
bad hardware. Do a RAM test and if that is fine, a hard drive test.
