Why won't Windows let me reactivate?

After I replaced some components, (motherboard and cpu) Windows XP says significant changes have been made and Windows must be reactivated. Thats no problem with me but the reactivation screen can't seem to find my internet connection. It gave me three days and this is the third day. Any ideas on what I'm supposed to do now? Thanks, Greg

Choose to activate by telephone..
