If the data within the left side of the window does not exceed the height of
the window, you won't get a scroll bar.
Just for the record this newsgroup is for asking question about MS Access,
the database from Microsoft. It is not for 'access' to other applications or
venues.
My apologies for posting a general question of how to get
to see all of the "ACCESS" newsgroups. The scrollbar shows
that there are more newsgroups, i.e. more data below the
window, but the scrollbar will not scroll. I will contact
Microsoft in hopes of getting a better answer.
