Why won't some .jsp pages load in IE7 or MSN Explorer?

I went to the Norton site to download something, and .jsp pages would
initially load, then I would reach a certain one and the page would only
partially load. I re-installed JRE 6, but no help. Tried sfc /scannow;
nohelp. I had this problem before and ended up doing a "Repair Windows
Installation" from the XP CD, which took care of the problem. But I really
don't want to do that again. Any ideas how to troubleshoot this, or any
suggestions to try for a fix? Any posts would be greatly appreciated. Also,
any ideas on what could cause this problem? Thanks in advance. Tom

Best if you asked your question in the relevant IE7 NG to get more correct
and straight answers.
