why the RTHDCPL.exe process occupy so much memory?

i have closed all the media player,even though disable the audio device,but
the RTHDCPL.EXE still occupy my memory about 22.092K,why?

"RTHDCPL.exe" does not belong to Windows. Find out its origin (most
likely "Realtek Audio Control Panel") and contact the tech support.
