You'll need to explain youself a whole lot more.

Tips of the month:
-Properly back-up and restore your Outlook data
-Creating a Permanent New Mail Desktop Alert in Outlook 2003

I have received an email from one of my friend with the attachment. After
reading the email I have deleted the email and it was kept under the Deleted
Folder. When I try to empty those deleted emails, the outlook is being forced
to close. I have uninstall the MS Office and the first time it was successful
to reinstall the Office and get the Outlook working normal. But this time I
cannot do that.

Use scanpst.exe to check your pst-file for errors. Also; how big is your
pst-file and what version of Outlook are you running? Anything logged to the
Event Viewer?
