why the "ctrl+alt+del" is not work?

hi:
when i on the welcome logon;or when i into the system ,"ctrl+alt+del" is
also not work;
and where may i initialize the winlogon(so as:default use,default
password)?
and from welcome logon into the system it works long time(about 4min),how
to deal with it?
Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone have any suggestions?

Include "Automatic Logon" component to set up default user/default password.
Also, inlcude "Task manager" component to fix C-A-D issue.
