previosuly i used Outlook Express but now my default is Outlook 2003.
i have found some e-mails in Outlook Express "inbox" though it was not my
default. I have now disabled Outlook Express but some e-mails sent to me are
still not coming into my Outlook Inbox. I have looked for them in junk, in
spamfilter, in ISP inbox - nowhere - I can't find them. What can I do to
assure myself that all e-mails sent come into my Outlook 2003 Inbox? Thanks

How many email accounts do you have? Do the emails in OE come in on a
different account than those in Outlook?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

To avoid this, open OE and edit the Accounts to "leave mail on server." Make
sure you selected OL as the default in Internet Options, Programs. If you
open OE first, it will download the mail, but it will still be there for OL.
