My PC is a Windows 2000 professional client on a Windows 2000 Server. Whenever I turned my PC on, my only local drive C is always sharable no matter whether I have turned the sharing off on not. Anybody can tell me where the c drive is being set to sharable and how I can stop this annoying thing to occur. Thanks a lot in advance.

Is the C drive shared as any thing else than C$ ?

How ever C$ is an system administrative share,

Also...If you have not applied any service packs to your pc, the hidden C$
share has everyone access on it.
