Why is the type of my email replies so small?

When replying to any email the type on the reply is extremely small.
However, when the email is viewed by the recipient it is normal type. I've
uninstalled/reinstalled to no avail. All my font settings are normal, it's
only what I see when I reply to any email.

Version??? Tools>Options>Mail Format>Fonts button>set the different fonts and
sizes there.
