the text is cut or not all the text are showing up when i view them as they

Which animation did you use? "Credits" allows a certain length only. Use
"Creep in" for longer text boxes.

Drag your text box up and completely above and off the slide. That should do
the trick.

Do i drag the text after i put in the motion up? the text box is really long goes all the way down. do i use motion up or one crawl in animation? or if u have any ideas on how to do it. really appreciate ur help

Create the text box, press Escape to select the text box, and then press and
hold the "Up" arrow key to nudge it up and off the slide. While it is still
selected, apply the animation settings. Use the crawl animation and set the
timing to the speed you want - - try 15 seconds if it's very long.

i dont have the creep in animation on my powerpoint 2003, where can i get
Sorry, i meant "Crawl in".

Kind regards,
Ute
