I can't start outlook 2003 until after i go to the task manager and end the
outlook task. Office Professional Edition 2003 sp2, exchange and pop3 email
accounts runing, SAV 9.0 Corporate Edition running but configured to not scan
email. Any suggestions?

Most likely some add-in is preventing Outlook from exiting completely. See;

Thanks for replying. From what I can see, No Add-In Manager Items are check,
No COM Add Ins are installed. If you've got an email address, I'd be glad to
send you print screens.

are you using a pda and syncing with outlook?
