Why is my system unstable?

I am building a amd 3200+ system with new components from different vendors
(ouch).

The system keeps on crashing, for no apparant reason. Am struggling to
complete the build of XP and drivers. Have UNDER clocked the CPU and RAM,
but this does not appear to affect the failure rate. The system fails under
load and at rest. Temperatures as reported by the M/B are 46/51 degrees, and
the case is well ventilated. An error message flashes across the screen on
the way down, too fast to read, so the CPU is operating during the incidents.

I have tons of minidumps, but no way to analyses them.

Any thoughts on next steps?

It could be under-voltaged memory chips. Is there a jumper on the mobo to up
the RAM voltage - if so, try it.
