Why is my report not bringing all info over from my query?

I have three queries having to do with searching for Clearances...we have our
queries set with the criteria to bring up those Clearnances between certain
dates.

Each individual query is working correctly HOWEVER when we try to combine
these queries to put them in a report not all records are showing....WHAT
SHOULD I DO!!!?????!!!!

You need to be precise and concise in asking your question -- "we try to
combine these queries" is not very specific and _how_ you are "trying to
combine" them is entirely germane to the answer.

When you combine the Queries, try executing the combined Query, and see if
it is returning all the Records. Chances are, it is returning exactly what
you see in the Report, so you have a Query problem.

The answer is, very likely, to be found in the information to which Allen
referred you; but for us to be of any more help, you will have to clarify
the _details_.
