why i can't rate my computer

when i try to rate my computer

it mention that i can't

so is there a solution forbthis problem

No solution - NEVER EVER RATE your computer. Bad things can happen.

Your computer could revert to Ubuntu and then you will SOL!
 
If he is SOL, he'll need lots of Charmin!
I hear you get a bulk discount if you have either Vista or Ubuntu
installed....
