All of a sudden, no messages are being received. I am able to send, but when
I do a Send/Receive it shows the status 33%, 66%, 100% -- but no longer
returns messages to my INBOX, even when I know there are messages that I have
not seen. I'm mystified. Outlook 2003 has always worked without any
problems. My account settings test sucessfully and have not changed.
Nevertheless, I deleted my account and set it up again. It did not fix the
problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook 2003 SP1 - again the problem
did not go away. Outlook Express does send and receive; but Outlook 2003 is
the e-mail program that I prefer and it has worked well for many months
before this problem. Any ideas anyone?

Any type of antivirus, antispam, personal firewall, .etc software installed
that can scan pop3 email as it is downloaded? If yes, you might consider
disabling that.

Another option is to turn on diagnostic logging and see if Outlook is
logging onto the mailbox.
