Why has the shortcut changed in Outlook 2003? What was wrong with ctrl+g.
Also, after I upgrate from Outlook xp to 2003 ctrl+g continued to work until
one day I pressed the new shortcut ctrl+shift+g to flag an item. From that
time on the old shortcut has stopped working. How very curious. Plus the
shortcut is not mentioned on every menu item that it should. Like when you
right-click an e-mail and point to Follow up and then look at Add A Reminder
option, it should have mentioned the shortcut next to that but it does not.

I don't know what was wrong with the old shortcut but the flagging system
has changed a lot in Outlook 2003. The keyboard shortcut is visible when you
configure your Toolbar to show keyboard shortcuts; View-> Toolbars->
Customize...

Yes but not only the shortcut has changed but also when pressing the old
shortcut ctrl+g the old dialogbox used to appear. This was fixed only after
I used once the new shortcut ctrl+shift+g and from that time the old
shortcut stopped working. The new shortcut as I said does not appear on all
menu items that it relates to. EG. Actions > Follow up > Set Reminder should
have the shortcut next to it.

Sounds like it was corrupted before then since (AFAIK) the old dialog is not
included in Outlook 2003. Not all keyboard shortcuts are exposed in the
menu's. An additional list of shortcuts can be found in the Help.
