Why entries appear twice or doubled in my To-Do-List (Outlook 2007

I am using Outlook 2007.

In Tasks, each item or entry in my To-Do-List appear twice or doubled, why?
 
Have you already upgraded to B2TR? Check my website for links to
download B2TR.
You should, no matter whether you upgraded or not, reset your to-do bar
view. To do so,
1. Click on the header in the To-Do Bar (Arrange by: Due Date, for
example), and select "Custom.".
2. In the dialog box, click Reset Current View and then click OK, and
OK again.
