why don't i have a SEND button on my Outlook email?

I don't see a button to SEND emails ..where is it on my Outlook?

You need to configure an account first.

Are you using Outlook 2003? Are you looking at the new message form? Is you
standard toolbar showing? Assuming the answer to these questions is yes,
check to see if the Send btn. is selected. Click the toolbar options btn.
(right end of Standard toolbar.) Trace to Add/Remove btns.,then to Standard
and click Send if it is not selected. If the answer to the questions is no,
please supply a little more information.
