Why doesn't a picture display when I copy & paste it from a websi.

I want to copy and paste a small picture from a website into an email
message. After copying & pasting the picture, all I see is a "blank" box
where the picture is. However, I do not see the picture.

I imagine there is some Outlook setting that needs to be set to allow me to
copy and paste a photo or picture into an email message.
