WHY does WINDOWS INSTALLER keep popping up everytime WORD &OE is .

Every time I use anything with Microsoft Word or try to SEND a message in
Outlook Express, a small window that says WINDOWS INSTALLER comes up. You
can't do anything until it finished doing whatever it was doing and then you
can finish. Is there a fix?

I can't recall having ever encountered this. Unfortunately, you don't mention
which versions of Word and Windows you're using. I'd say try Help/Detect and
Repair with Word (if you have a version that provides this).

If that doesn't help, try asking in the office.setup newsgroup.
