Why does Outlook capitalize the first word of each line?

are you pressing enter at the end of the line? if so, it's autocorrect -
tools, options, spelling tab to disable.

Are you using Word as your e-mail editor (called by Outlook)? If so, that's
a Word question that needs to be addressed in a Word newsgroup.

An accurate one. If the OP is using Word as the meil editor, then the
question is best addressed in a Word newsgroup, since it is Word's settings
that determine its behavior.
