WHy does Office Vista prevent the clearing of the signature of PDF

After installing Office Vista, the signature of the PDF files that I had
already signed using Adobe Acrobat 7 cannot be cleared. In fact, the option
to clear the signature has disappeared from the menu that drops down when I
click on the "Signed by ..." line on the Signature tab. As a result, their
Security Setting>Password Security cannot be removed and none of those PDF
files can be edited anymore.
 
Probably because Acrobat is not Office 2007 compatible and will never be.
Adobe will be releasing a patch to make Acrobat 8 Vista and Office 2007
compatible. As of last week, it has not been released yet.
