Why does my Outlook change my outgoing email account on replies?

I have three email accounts set up on Outlook. When I send an email from my
default account it is fine. When I reply to someone's reply to me, Outlook
wants to send the reply through my third account causing the receiver to have
all of my email addresses. I have to manually change each reply to go out
through the default account.

How can I fix this problem?

Which version of Outlook do you have? What sort of mail account(s)?

Outlook will set the account on a replied message to the account on which
the original message was received. If a reply to a reply to a message you
sent on your default account goes out a different account, it sounds like
you have multiple accounts receiving mail from the same mailbox, and your
third account is getting the mail that should have been sent to your
default account. Disable receiving on your third account.

What version of Outlook? Are you properly authenticating to the servers of
the two accounts it skips?
