Why does my first name show as '+++++' in sent emails

When I send emails, my first name displays as '+++++' and my last name is
correctly displayed. I would like to remedy this so that my first name
displays alphabetically like my last name does; and, like we all like our
names to display.
 
Hi,
Check if your User Information is set correctly.
Open Outlook express
Tools
Accounts
Mail tap
Properties
General tap
Under User Information enter your Name and click Apply and OK.
