Whenever I restart my computer it takes about 5 minutes and the first thing that comes up automatically is "system32 files' and it is very annoying. why does this come up and how do I make it stop? Also, I cannot run internet explorer, when I try, a box comes up and says it has encountered a problem and has to shut down. Can anyone help please????

run msconfig and click the startup tab tell me what's listed. Also check out
ad-aware or spybot for spyware.
