Why do I get duplicate emails with my rules wizard?

I have two seperate rules set up in my rules wizard. One rule is to move
messages sent through a specified account to a specified folder. Another rule
is to move messages with specific words in the subject to another specified.
The problem is, when a message is sent through a specified account with
specific words in the subject (thus satisfying both rules), Outlook 2003 puts
a copy of the email in both folders. Why is this? I have no idea as to what
is wrong.

is either rule set to 'stop processing more rules'? try adding that
and see if your problem goes away.
