I just upgraded from Access 2000 to 2003. I downloaded a Microsoft site
classroon data base. Now every time I open any database I get a warning
"This file may not be safe if it contains code that was intended to harm your
computer. " Is this an Access issue or a Windows security issue? How can I
resolve the problem?

It is an Access 2003 "feature". You have to set macro security to low to make
it go away.
