Why do I get a "Not Implemented" when I want a "New" e-mail?

When I try to create a new email, I press the "New" icon and get an error
message that says "Not Implemented". I just installed Outlook on a new
computer and it did work at first. From "Help" I clicked on Activate Product
and the message comes up saying it is activated. Why the "Not Implemented"?

Are you using Word as email editor? Try disabling that (tools, options, mail
format) and see if it works then.
