why did my toolbar disappear

Perhaps you turned it off? Right-click any toolbar and turn it back
on.

Without more information that is my best guess.

Please note on the left of the Post form you will find the following
instructions:

"Message
Subject should be a brief, meaningful summary of your question or
comment. People are more likely to respond to a post if they know what
the issue is by reading the Subject.

Body should include a full description of the issue and what you want
to achieve as well as the version of the product you're using."

Your tool bar might have minimized to the side or top of the screen where
tool bars are at. If you cannot see it there, then you can view your tool
bar by going to View/Toolbars/ then select the toolbar you are going to use
or that you want to view.
 
Your toolbar might have minimized to the bottom or side of screen. If you
are not ablet to see it, you can open it up again by going to View/ Toolbars,
then you select the toolbar that you want. Your toolbar should come up now.
 
Your toolbar might have minimized to the bottom or side of the screen. If
you cannot see it there, you can open up your toolbar by going to
View/Toolbars, then you click on the toolbar that you want to view. The
toolbar should pop up then.
