Did you spill something on your keyboard? If you did, try
using a hair dryer to dry the keyboard (turn off the computer first).
If that doesn't work, then you'll have to replace the keyboard
as it probably shorted out.

And another possibility is you have the wrong keyboard device selected
in Device Manager.
