why can't print out the HTML format emails ?

Dear All,

One of my company's workstation can't print out the HTML format emails ...
But it can print out Text and RTF formats emails ....
Is there have any problems of this workstation ? How can I fixed it ?

Version of Outlook? Error message?
Does it work when he/she opens the message first?

Tips of the month:
-FREE tool; QuickMail. Create new Outlook items anywhere from within Windows
-Properly back-up and restore your Outlook data
 
Office 2000 with sp3 , No error messages ...
after click print , no print menus (Just like havn't selected the print
actions)
But it only hapens in intenet explore and the outlook's html format emails
....
Any suggestions ? thanks !

This makes it an issue from Internet Explorer since Outlook uses those
component to print HTML messages. Have you (re)installed the latest version
of IE already?
