Why can't I set up Windows Mail (Vista) to read hotmail?

I know HTML is not allowed anymore - but in the FAQ of Hotmail I found how to
set it up under POP3 in Outlook - why does this not work in Windows Mail for
Vista. I try to add the the account and as soon as I enter the address it
says HTML is no longer allowed. Any help would be appreciated.

Windows Mail is not Outlook.
Outlook can access webmail accounts, Windows Mail cannot.

You can download and use the new windows Live Mail to access Hotmail.

"Windows Vista" doesn't tell me which email program you are using.
Windows Mail doesn't do Hotmail.
"Update version" of what? If you mean Windows Live Hotmail, you
are in the wrong newsgroup. Try:

I hope you are not using a Hotmail address for a business, because
it isn't reliable enough for that use.

and I like many others are using windows vista. Help I have business
