why can't I set up new accounts in the business contact mgr

I just purchased the Office 2003 Pro Version and trying to set it up for the
first time, I continue to get an "Unkown Error" from the Messaging Interface.
The message tells me to restart Office if the problem persist, after
rebooting several times I continue to get the same error message.
 
Are you able to open Bcm Contacts and opportunties fine?Also what is the
version of Bcm ur running if unsure check the listing in add /rem program
and let me know how it appears
 
I can open the BCM fine, but when trying to create a new account,
opportunity, etc... they all give me the same error message. The help
section tells me that my version is as follows: SP1 and Version 2.000.4324.00

Thanks for the update.Can you try a repair of Office from add/remove program
coz the error message in related to outlook than BCM
 
However do note if this does not work you may have to maually remove Outlook
from the computer
 
just spent 3 hours on the phone with MS Senior support, tried everything and
then some...they have asked to call me back tomorrow or Friday with more
options to try :((((((((((((((
